Wedding Venue Search Service

Finding a venue is hard. There are hundreds of options in the Seattle area and they all have their pros and cons. We have experience with many venues either by working at them or attending tours and open houses. Let us help you narrow down your options, suggest venues that may not be on your radar and find the best fit. We’ll tour your top 3 venues with you to help you consider the pros and cons of each.

This service is completely separate from my wedding planning packages, so you do not need to book planning services to work with me. That said, it can be a great low-pressure way to get to know each other before deciding if full-service planning is the right fit.

  • I specialize in planning small and micro weddings, including backyard celebrations and intimate elopements. Smaller weddings allow for deeper guest connections, more intentional design, and the opportunity to invest in experiences that truly matter.

However, I also have extensive experience planning larger weddings, weekend-long camp-out celebrations and multi-cultural fusion weddings.

  • Absolutely! I love helping couples create non-traditional weddings that reflect who they are. Whether you want to incorporate light elements of a theme or go all-in with costumes, unique rituals, or unconventional ideas, I’m here to brainstorm, plan, and make your celebration meaningful, memorable, and completely yours.

  • I plan weddings throughout Washington State, however my preference is to plan within the Seattle area or a few hours outside of it. This is because I have a strong knowledge of the local vendors in the area, the weather patterns and it saves on the amount of travel I need to do. I love to plan weddings on Whidbey Island, the San Juan Islands, the Olympic Peninsula, in Ashford, Leavenworth and Mazama.

  • I am located in the city of Seattle, and travel is free within 60 miles of the city, or an hour drive away.

After an event, I am driving home after a very long day and for my safety, I don’t want to drive more than an hour late at night. For this reason, I require my couples to provide overnight lodging for me and an assistant if the event is over 60 miles away, a 60 minute drive from my home or I am asked to stay until 12am or later.

For my clients east of the mountains, my home base is Skykomish, so weddings in Leavenworth incur no additional travel fees

  • While I’ve successfully planned weddings on as little as two months’ notice, starting earlier helps reduce stress and ensures there’s plenty of time to thoughtfully plan every detail. Ideally, I recommend beginning right after you book your venue, which allows you to make the most of my experience, vendor recommendations, and planning expertise. On average, couples I work with start about nine months before their wedding day.

  • At Evergreen Event Co., being an eco-friendly wedding planner means helping couples make intentional choices that reduce waste and prioritize sustainability while still creating a beautiful and memorable celebration. I focus on sourcing local and sustainable vendors, reusable or compostable décor, and thoughtful design choices that minimize environmental impact.

  • I work best with couples who value intentional, meaningful weddings and want to focus on experiences over things. My ideal couples are adventurous, nature-loving, and enjoy personalizing their celebration to reflect their personalities and interests.
